1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Zone Express, an online travel agency platform
https://travel.zone.express, as a customer or vendor. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to
abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do
not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
a. Customers: To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update
such information to keep it current.
b. Vendors: Vendors interested in partnering with Zone Express must apply for a vendor account. Zone
Express reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications at its discretion.
3. Use of the Platform
a. Customers: By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions. You may not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activity or to
violate the rights of others.
b. Vendors: Vendors agree to provide accurate information about their services and offerings on the
Platform. Vendors will support the Platform's mission by offering friendly pricing to customers, enticing
them to book through the Platform with lower costs than those offered on their original platform or
website. This friendly pricing should be competitive and reflect a genuine effort to attract customers to
the Platform. Vendors will also honor any promotions or discounts offered exclusively through the
Platform.
4. Bookings and Payments
a. Customers: By making a booking through the Platform, you agree to pay any applicable fees, including
a convenience charge, and taxes associated with your reservation. Payments are processed securely
through the Platform's payment gateway. The convenience charge is calculated as a percentage of the
total booking amount and is subject to change based on the nature of the booking and the services
provided.
b. Vendors: Vendors agree to honor all bookings made through the Platform and to provide the services
as described. Vendors will receive payment for bookings, minus any applicable fees, including a 10%
profit share per successful booking and any convenience charges, in accordance with the terms of their
agreement with Zone Express. The 10% profit share per successful booking and any convenience charges
will be automatically deducted from the vendor's payout before disbursement. Payouts to vendors will
occur on a scheduled basis, with payments made every 7 days in a cycle, as outlined in the vendor's
agreement with Zone Express.
Vendors using the Zone Express platform agree to pay a monthly maintenance fee of 1,500 pesos for
access to the platform's services and features, including technology and system maintenance. This
maintenance fee is due on a monthly basis and will be automatically deducted from the vendor's payout
as outlined in Section 4b. Failure to pay the maintenance fee may result in suspension or termination of
the vendor's account. Zone Express reserves the right to adjust the maintenance fee amount with prior
notice to vendors.
Vendors subscribing to the maintenance fee will enjoy the benefits of global advertisements, including
but not limited to the garnered reach, ambassadors, marketing miles, and endorsements facilitated by
Zone Express. Additionally, vendors will have the power to manage all bookings and customer service
using their own dedicated dashboard and will have dedicated access to their accounts on the platform.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Customers: Cancellation policies vary depending on the vendor and the specific booking. Please refer
to the vendor's cancellation policy before making a reservation. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in
accordance with the vendor's cancellation policy.
b. Vendors: Vendors are responsible for setting their own cancellation policies. Any refunds owed to
customers due to cancellations or other reasons will be processed by the vendor in accordance with
their policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos,
images, and software, are the property of Zone Express or its licensors and are protected by copyright
and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zone Express shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the
Platform.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert
jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].
